LR-2257 Sıvı Epoksi Reçine



General

Razeen® LR 2257 is a low viscosity epoxy resin based on Bisphenol A modified with
aromatic glycidyl ether.

 

Applications

Razeen® LR 2257 can be cured with polyamines, polyamidoamines or their adducts for solvent-free coatings, self-leveling and mortar floors, concrete injections, structural adhesives, trowelling compounds and impregnation systems. In combination with unmodified epoxy resins, like Razeen® LR 1150 and Razeen® LR 1100 the viscosity of the end formulation can be reduced.


Properties

Due to the low viscosity and the full crystallization resistance Razeen® LR 2257 is a
most suitable epoxy resin in formulating solvent free systems yielding,

  • Very good processing properties
  • Good mechanical performances
  • Good surface penetration
  • Medium chemical resistance / good acid and solvent resistance

Packaging & Storage

Razeen® LR 2257 is supplied in bulk and in 220 kg. steel drums. This product should be
stored in a dry place, preferably in the sealed original container; at temperatures
between 2°C and 40°C (temperatures should never be allowed to drop below 0°C). The
product should not be stored exposed to direct sunlight.
