Razeen® SR 5014 is a solid, unmodified epoxy resin based on Bisphenol A.
Applications
Razeen® SR 5014 is a fast reacting, medium melt viscosity solid epoxy resin designed
for high performance powder coatings including hybrids. Depending on the curing agent
used, dicyandiamide derivatives, various acid anhydrides or saturated acid terminated
polyester resins the most suitable end use applications are:
- Coatings of components used in the chemical industry with high chemical and
mechanical resistance.
- Coatings of complicated metal objects, e.g., wire mesh, coil springs, spinning
bobbins, steel furniture, radiators, etc.
- Tube and pipe coatings

Package and Storage
Razeen® SR 5014 is supplied in 25 Kg. bags. This product has a minimum shelf life of
6 years when stored in a dry place at room temperature. If stored under warmer
conditions, sintering may occur.

Handling Precautions
Caution! Avoid dusty conditions.
Use with good ventilation.
Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. Avoid breathing dust.
Store in cool dry area.
Wash after handling.

First Aid
In case of contact:
Eyes : Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 5 minutes.
Skin : Wash skin with plenty of soap and water. Remove contaminated
clothing and wash before reuse.
Inhalation : Remove to fresh air, Give oxygen or artificial respiration if necessary.
Ingestion : If conscious, give plenty of water to drink. Call a physician.
